I wrote this player to play flv (Flash Native Video) files. This is the most well supported video format on the web. This player is for Flash 9+, since Flash 8 does not support full screen. The player takes the movie name as part of the embed code, which means the the swf file doesn't need changed when the movie is. It also allow for auto play to be turned off or on in the embed code.

Perhaps the nicest feature of this player is that it keeps the aspect ratio of the movie when resized. Of all the commercial players, I was not able to find any that resized as well as this one.
